Return Policy

At Najd NYC, we're committed to providing the best possible shopping experience for our customers. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions

If you are located in the US and have received your item within the past 15 days, you may be eligible for a return. In this case, please contact us at admin@najdnyc.com to request a return. Please note that you will need to provide a clear photo of the item before we can process your return request. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and seals intact. If any of these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status and issue a refund accordingly.
